Robbins Firm Secures Jury Verdict for Clients in Malpractice Action

At trial this past week, a Cobb County jury sided with our clients and awarded six-figure damages in a malpractice action over the mishandling of our clients’ defined benefits plan. Our clients, who own a homebuilding business in the Atlanta area, were hit with severe back taxes and penalties by the IRS due to a drafting error in the defined benefits plan. The jury agreed that the individuals who drafted the plan should bear the brunt of the damages that resulted from drafting error.
